She has been talking about it since forever. Even i, myself could not deny that i was looking forward for it too. Suddenly, all of us including Papa seemed to be liking Kuala Lumpur and since we liked it so much, we will always wanted to spend our holiday there again and again.
A night in Bangsar. This was taken during the previous trip. For those who did not know, i used to live in Bangsar for five years during my uni years. Yupp, Bangsar was indeed my playground before reaching the adulthood.
First Day
So the day has come. We woke up late despite of telling ourselves to have the journey as early as we could, right after performing our Solat Subuh. That morning, we took our journey to Kuala Lumpur in our most steady modes.
Areej was patiently waiting for this trip to happen.
We had our lunch at Tesco Shah Alam while looking for a Blackberry charger.
After a long slow journey, we arrived at our reserved room at the De Palma Shah Alam somewhere around 1500 hrs. It was rather a small room to endure even if we were to compare with the Prescott Klang. I could not really complain so much as Papa was the one who paid for it. One thing good about the De Palma Shah Alam, the swimming pool was huge.
Upon arrival.
The room.
I forgot to tell you that we got a room with separate beds while at the De Palma Shah Alam. Why? The hotel management preferred us to take the separate beds room because they have nicer view than the queen size bedrooms, according to the room service receiptionist when i enquired. Just great. And do you know that the De Palma Shah Alam is an Islamic hotel? I, myself was curious at first as i never heard of such hotel to be existed here in Malaysia but later was glad that the hotel management lent me a Telekung for performing solat and i used it all the time without having to return it during my stay as i left mine at home. And didn't i tell you, the bathroom was squickly clean. Maybe it was an Islamic hotel all about.
After lazying ourselves at the room for half an hour, the three of us went for swimming. I found that Papa was uncomfortable to be dipping into the pool without his t-shirt on as it was an Islamic hotel and a lot of women wearing hijab were at the poolside when we swam. But at the end of the day, we had fun. Really.
Dinner at Ikea. Sorry for poor picture quality. Forgot the flash.
After dinner, we walked all over Ikea to survey for our new home at JP. Guess who we had bumped into while walking around those creative home decors? Faizal Hussein! I used to adore him when i was younger during his Gila-Gila Remaja time and now he is older and way too skinny for his height and age. We met at last, Faizal. Do you even know that i wrote him a peminat (fan) letter before? Silly, huh?:)
Second Day
We woke up not that early as planned but just nice to have breakfast at the hotel lobby. I ate so much until i did not take any lunch that day. At least not until 1700 hrs. So did Papa and Areej.
Sunway Lagoon for the whole day!
Exhausted but enjoyed. Those were the best words to describe us at the Sunway Lagoon that day. Especially Areej who was facinated with one of the rides we took together at the Amusement Park. Can still picture how she much screamed and giggled. Alhamdulillah.
Third Day
Lunch at Milano Pizza, KLCC.
Areej pretending like an Esprit model as she was wearing one at the front of its store.
Cheeky.
Areej and Mama, posing before saying goodbye to both KLCC and Kuala Lumpur. Last but not least, do check out my skin current condition in this picture since
Hada Labo. Better right?:)
